Welcome to the Maths section of the Woolston Brook School website! We are delighted to have you here and excited to share our fantastic White Rose maths curriculum with you. At Woolston Brook School, we believe that a strong foundation in mathematics is essential for our students' future success, and we strive to create a nurturing and stimulating environment that fosters a love for learning.
Our head of maths, John McMullan, is dedicated to providing an engaging and comprehensive learning experience for all pupils. He has a wealth of experience and a genuine passion for the subject, ensuring that lessons are not only informative but also enjoyable. Alongside him, Leon Rowland, our acting assistant headteacher, also teaches maths, bringing a dynamic approach to the classroom. Saffron Charnock teacher maths to the year 7 transition class. Sophie Golding teaches maths to Primary 2.
