Celebrating VE Day: A Day of Remembrance and Triumph

VE Day, celebrated on 8 May, marks the end of World War II in Europe. Our Year 9 pupil, proudly representing the Royal Air Force Cadets, delivered an inspiring reading in front of a packed church. The bells rang at 18:30 across the nation, as we joined together for a poignant two-minute silence to honour those who sacrificed for our freedom.
