Woolston Brook School

Each year we report on our results in the key stage 2 SATs taken for ‘Reading’, ‘Mathematics’ and ‘Spelling, Punctuation and Grammar’. The results for ‘Writing’ were by teacher assessment.

As a specialist school, our pupils come to us at different times of the year, and at different stages of their learning. Whilst it is important that they take SATs as a measure of their academic progress, and in order to gain confidence in exam situations that will stand them in good stead in later life, we recognise that external testing points do not always tell the full story of the wonderful journey of learning and discovery that our pupils take, or their many successes and achievements during their time with us.
