General Classroom Teacher (KS2–KS4)
Salary: MPS/UPS (dependent on experience) + SEN Allowance
Contract: Permanent
Hours: 32.5 hours per week
Reporting to: Headteacher / SLT
Start date: As soon as possible- dependent on notice periods.
We are seeking an experienced, committed and reflective classroom teacher who is passionate about inclusive education and who understands the transformative impact strong teaching can have in a specialist setting.
We are looking for a teacher who:
- Has a minimum of 2 years’ experience working with pupils with SEND
- Has experience working with pupils presenting SEMH needs
- Understands trauma-informed and relational practice
- Can deliver high-quality teaching across KS2, KS3 and KS4
- Can adapt learning to meet EHCP outcomes
- Builds strong, restorative relationships with pupils
- Has high expectations for behaviour and achievement
- Is reflective, resilient and committed to teamwork

KS2 Teacher (SEND – SEMH Preferred)
Salary: MPS/UPS + SEN Allowance (dependent on experience)

Reporting to: Head of Primary Phase / Deputy Headteacher
Start date: As soon as possible- dependent on notice periods.
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled KS2 Teacher who shares our passion for inclusive education and has a strong background in supporting pupils with SEND, particularly Social, Emotional and Mental Health (SEMH) needs.
We are looking for a teacher who has:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
- Degree or equivalent qualification.
- Minimum 2 years’ experience working with pupils with SEND.
- Experience teaching within KS2.
- Proven experience supporting pupils with SEMH needs.
- Experience implementing and reviewing EHCP outcomes.
